Is Youseum open?
In light of the new measures announced on 25th February, Youseum will have to close its doors until March 15th, 2021. We hope to welcome you soon at Youseum.
Can I change the date of my ticket after I buy it?
Of course! As soon as we are sure we are allowed to open again, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a new date for your visit!
Can I cancel my ticket after I buy it?
Unfortunately purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, tickets can only be purchased through our website at the moment.
Can I come at a different time than the time indicated on my ticket?
No, visitors are only allowed in at the reserved time.
Should I print my e-ticket?
Printouts are accepted, but not necessary. Save the trees and yourself the hassle and just present your ticket on your phone—you’ll need it anyway for all the selfies.
What if I did not receive my confirmation email?
Check your spam folder first. If there’s nothing in there, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Is it allowed to bring cameras big and small?
Yes! Of course! We are a museum designed to create content through a lens. All sorts of cameras are allowed. However, to ensure the flow of the visitors, it is not allowed to bring a tripod or other extra standing devices for your camera.
Can I use my Museumjaarkaart to get a discounted ticket?
No, we do not offer discounts or free access through the Museumjaarkaart program.
