Is Youseum open? How long does a tour last for?

Yes, Youseum is open! We can’t wait to see you. Our tours usually last around 1.5 hours but you can stay as long as you prefer!

Can I change the date of my ticket after I buy it?

Of course! As soon as we are sure we are allowed to open again, you can contact us at hello@youseum.art to schedule a new date for your visit!

Can I cancel my ticket after I buy it?

Unfortunately purchased tickets are non-refundable.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, it is possible to buy tickets at the door!

Can I come at a different time than the time indicated on my ticket?

No, visitors are only allowed in at the reserved time.

Should I print my e-ticket?

Printouts are accepted, but not necessary. Save the trees and yourself the hassle and just present your ticket on your phone—you’ll  need it anyway for all the selfies.

What if I did not receive my confirmation email?

Check your spam folder first. If there’s nothing in there, get in touch with us at hello@youseum.art and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

Is it allowed to bring cameras big and small?

Yes! Of course! We are a museum designed to create content through a lens. All sorts of cameras are allowed. However, to ensure the flow of the visitors, it is not allowed to bring a tripod or other extra standing devices for your camera.

Can I use my  Museumjaarkaart to get a discounted ticket?

No, we do not offer discounts or free access through the Museumjaarkaart program.

Is my child allowed to visit Youseum by themself?

Children up to the age of 12 need adult supervision when they are in Youseum.

Do I need to present a COVID-19 pass/negative test result?

No, Youseum does not require you to show your COVID-19 pass or any proof of vaccination.

Do I need to wear a mask?

No, face masks are not mandatory anymore. Of course you can wear one if you want!

Is Youseum wheelchair friendly?

Youseum Westfield Mall of The Netherlands is wheelchair friendly! Unfortunately, Youseum Amsterdam is not.
