Can I change the date of my ticket after I buy it?
Unfortunately purchased ticket-times can’t be rescheduled due to high demand.
Can I cancel my ticket after I buy it?
Unfortunately purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
A single ticket you’ve purchased for yourself is non-transferrable. If you’ve purchased multiple tickets for a group, the name on at least one person’s ticket must match the name an official piece of ID; the other tickets in the group remain interchangeable.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes it is possible to buy tickets at the door. We encourage our visitors to buy online because only then we can guarantee you a specific time-slot.
Should I print my e-ticket?
Printouts are accepted, but unnecessary. Save the trees and yourself the hassle and just present your ticket on your phone—you’ll need it anyway for all the selfies.
What if I did not receive my confirmation email?
Check your spam folder first. If there’s nothing in there, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Is it allowed to bring cameras big and small?
Yes! Of course! We are a museum designed to create content through a lens. All forms of cameras are allowed. However, to ensure the flow of the visitors, it is not allowed to bring a tripod or other extra standing devices for your camera
Is there a senior discount available?
Yes! Where would we be without our seniors?! If you can prove you are over 65 years old you can enter Youseum for free.
Can I use my Museumjaarkaart to get a discounted ticket?
No, we do not offer discounts or free access through the Museumjaarkaart program.
